Introduction
These terms govern the relationship between Iceware OÜ (registry code: 16916913) and the client regarding web development and hosting services.
Services
Iceware OÜ provides web development, design, and hosting services according to the selected package. The exact scope of services is agreed upon before work begins.
Pricing and Payment
Web development pricing is a one-time payment according to the selected package. Hosting is a monthly fee. Invoices are sent via email with a 14-day payment term.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, the completed website and its content belong entirely to the client. Iceware OÜ retains rights to the underlying template and framework code.
Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are specified per package. The timeline begins once all necessary materials are received from the client. Delays in client-provided content may affect the timeline.
Revisions
Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are agreed upon and billed separately.
Hosting
Hosting service includes server, SSL certificate, backups, and security updates. The hosting agreement can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Limitation of Liability
Iceware OÜ's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in Harju County Court.
